Join our Growing Team we are looking for qualified, experienced, and compassionate Certified Caregivers to join our team! Under the direction of the Director of Nursing certified caregivers will provide: excellent resident centered care assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to service plan of care.

• Assist with medications and administer them in a timely fashion per physician’s orders
• Observe for any potential side effects or interactions and report them to the Director of Nursing and resident’s physician
• Observe and report changes in resident’s health status to the Director of Nursing and the physician when applicable
• Accurately document the administration of medications and services using the electronic health record system
• Assist with housekeeping duties as directed to contribute to the resident’s quality of life
• Other responsibilities as directed
